Actually, it looks as if I can do a slight mod to the spamassassin
module and conditionally disable rewriting of the message in courier.
All I want to do in courierfilter is set a maximum for the SA spam score
above which the email will be rejected at the SMTP front door.  If it
passes, it will be re-submitted for full processing to SpamAssassin
later, in the delivery phase, with per-user settings to SA in effect.
