The obvious answer isn't always the correct one.

Then you haven't tested it very thoroughly.  You can use "whois" to get 
a list of the authoritative DNS servers for the domain.  If you query 
all of them, you'll see that half of them give back bad data, and the 
other half are OK.

The emiratesbank.com admins need to fix their DNS zones.  Until they do, 
you won't be able to receive their mail.  Not unless you want to set up 
an "emiratesbank.com" zone in a DNS server that you control, and add the 
records that you need.  You can do that to work around the problem 
temporarily.  You probably only need to put in the MX records in order 
to send and receive email while you ask them to correct the problem.
