I have 4 machines: 1) Router/Gateway runing apache2 (mod_proxy) and courier as proxy 2) Intranet Server 1 3) Intranet Server 2 4) PostgreSQL Server All 4 machines have the same DVD as Install medium I installed following: 1) in machine 1) IP-Tables, Apache2, Courier including courier-authlib-posstgresql 2) in machine 4) Postgresql, libpam-pgsql libnss-pgsql2 and setup a DB called "system" and imported the SQL-Scheme from libpam-pgsql. THis sould be already enough, butI can not even get PAM/NSS working with it. However, the tables schould also work with courier-authlib-postgresql because they are configurable in COURIER 3) in machine 2) the Amche server which I can reach from the world and is working and courier (imap + mta + mlm + authlib-postgresql) And now there is the problem, that postgresql refuse ANY connections not coming from local and fromlibpam/nss, which mean, if it refuse I can not do anything.
