You where partialy right.
I have modified the scripts to put a welcome message as the first
message into the newly created mailinglist, but it seems, when I created
the 36 lists at once, courier has gotten an hiccup and two message
failed and created a loop.
I had to remove in on list 680 messages and in the second 970 messages
from 1,5 kByte to 80 kByte, used 'courier clear all' and now it works
again...
