Decisions buried in huge email threads like this are not valid.
Please produce diffs for a few SRFIs and link to those diffs prominently on a new message to this mailing list. That way everyone can take a look at what is being done before sweeping changes are made.
On a tangedntial note, the directory layout of SRFIs has been under discussion a number of times. Expect it to change some time in the future, as no proposal has resolved the open problems.
