I have a rather comprehensive umbrella insurance policy that covers those that are injured (i.e. falling down the stairs to my entrance, etc.) but my membership agreement specifically states that any equipment or valuables brought in to The Office (whether under lock and key or not) are the responsibility of the owner with no exceptions - even from damage by another member. I also have a strict confidentiality clause because I will have legal types running in and out. I don't offer private office space so I run only under a membership with no sublease.
