Hello, I am in the beginning stages of setting up a coworking space in Palo Alto. The idea of a community of entrepreneurs is fascinating in its potential. I have four people interested, maybe, now. The only coworking space here filled up so there is no competition or so it would seem. I happen to have the perfect space for this. A one story building that is across the street and one half block from the train station at the end of University Ave. in Palo Alto. I am offering leases for desks with lots of freebies. A free Sales Excellence (value $1400.00) seminar, on-going scheduled business presentations from experts in their fields, coffee and tea, an outdoor patio with tables for meetings and telephoning, a board room, a waiting room, a kitchen, and perhaps yoga classes if we keep the participants for yoga under 15 in number. My idea of fees would be $350.00 per month per full time dedicated desk. This would be 24/7 access with your own key. What do you think of this? I have no idea what to charge for drop in fees. One of the potential leasees thought drop ins should be free. What do you think of this? One person wants a half day fee. What should this be?
Maybe we can help each other by exchanging information. I have an internet training program that I might practically give away to any of your social network members who are focused on planetary good deeds and who are intrigued with Neuro-Linguistics. The internet program is called "influencing with Integrity" and teaches advanced negotiating skills. Thank you for listening. Genie Genie Z.
