We've typically seen a surge every January and September for the past few years. Although we did have a Jan surge this year like in the past, it wasn't as big as usual, and we also lost a bunch of people, including one of our biggest renters. It was a group of folks working remotely for their headquarters in NH. The main company got hit hard by the economy and laid off a bunch of folks, and asked the rest to work from home to save on expenses. Another of our tenants was also fired (and his company was paying his rent at our offices), and others who had tenuous start-ups have closed up shop (I think we've lost 4 or 5 of these in the last 2 months). There are still new folks coming through, and a lot of start-up folks holding strong still, but it's been pretty rocky the last couple of months, and I'm not sure what to expect in the next few months.
