Are most cowork space "owners" leasing or purchasing the property?
Also, has anyone partnered with a food/coffee vendor to share location/
space, some building expense and draw more of the same clientelle to
the desired location?

My partner, Christy (sis-n-law) are just at the "catalyst" stage and
are extremely excited about this new venture. We have been
overwhelmed by the assistance and information provided from everyone
involved with this movement. Communicating with Susan - Collective
Turf, Champaign/Urbana and others from Seattle, WA area.

I like the gym-like membership idea, and heard one space has a 3-2-1
(three to one) plan, three times the number of members reference the
amount of the space, for profit. Is that something most are doing?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this and hoping to create excitement in
my neck of the woods, Effingham, Il.
