Are most cowork space "owners" leasing or purchasing the property? Also, has anyone partnered with a food/coffee vendor to share location/ space, some building expense and draw more of the same clientelle to the desired location?
My partner, Christy (sis-n-law) are just at the "catalyst" stage and are extremely excited about this new venture. We have been overwhelmed by the assistance and information provided from everyone involved with this movement. I like the gym-like membership idea, and heard one space has a 3-2-1 (three to one) plan, three times the number of members reference the amount of the space, for profit. Is that something most are doing?
