Thanks for replying. I'm in Oakland, California. There are professional insurance requirements that people need in order to do business as "professionals", which I would expect would be their problem, not mine.
I pay liability insurance for my space (so for example if the ceiling falls in, crushing someone's precious laptop) which I imagine would cover day-to-day business that people perform in my space. I'll check w/ my insurance broker (who really wants to sell me more insurance) and my lawyer (who is happy to talk to me at an hourly rate) before I make any commitments, but I was curious what the rest of you are dealing with in this department.
