Hi Mike -

It really comes down to developing a group of people that want to come
together and work. The word community is used a lot here on this group
because that's what your building through coworking. A space is no
different than any other space, it's those individuals that come
together that make the space work.

So if you look through your questions through that lens it helps
answer a lot of them.

When we we opened up The Factory it was because people were asking us
to. We held several meet ups over beers to talk about the idea and
Jellys around town to offer people a chance to get to know each other.
These both offered time for us to get a vibe for what everyone was
about. On our side it did translate into members in our space once we
opened the doors.
