We provide a one-sheet for people who come in for the first time, and at every major "milestone", like inviting them to our basecamp, their first invoice, etc we give them the appropriate information.
We also have signage that shows things like SSID passwords, etc. Super simple, low tech, and usable by everybody. That's how it actually gets used :) We're still finding ways to improve all the time, and documentation is definitely something we could stand to get better at.
