Office Nomads has 40 desks and currently 65 members. We've seen days with 40 people here and it's definitely full (particularly if along with those 40 people there are 6 dogs and 2 babies...*that* was a big day!). We've determined that we'll cap our part-time and basic memberships at 30 people at each level to ensure we've got enough space.
