We have used open atrium for about 5 months to run our professional services arm of the space, the Bucket Brigade, and are busy always extending it for our needs. It is based on drupal and it gives us the extensibility we want. The School Factory is close to launching a community site that will include a rich repository of wikis and blogs that will be the info and conversation hub for 3-4 co-working facilities at launch. It's going to be open and Creative Commons so anyone can join. We'll let you know when it launches in the next few weeks.
