I'm wondering... but It's not better have more people with a smaller
monthly rent price?

We're  oppening a space in Elche (Spain) and we had thinked in a
variable price: if we are 10 coworkers = 5% discount, if we are 15 =
10%, etc ....

You think is a good idea?
