It's now setup where people need to request to be editors.  This will cut
down on spam and we need to work hard to not prevent legitimate submissions.
 It's setup on a user basis not per post meaning once you are an approved
user, you can do whatever you want.  We'll need to keep on these requests to
get them approved quickly.  A number of folks have requested to help admin
and please ping me offline and we can start talking about what that would
look like.
