Hi Jodi! Thank you so much for taking the time to lay out this list for me, it is so wonderful to see how specific you are and I appreciate your insight on the more midwestern mindset! I know we will have an interesting challenge here with 1) Gasp! A new idea! and 2) the general midwestern penchant for privacy. I used to work at a chain restaurant that originated in California and many people just could not HANDLE how close some of the tables were set in a more west-coast fashion. That's when I first really started seeing it...
What made it tough for you in Ft. Wayne? Those same 2 principles?
