Just recently I came across Regus office rentals, cause they are about to open their business in Vilnius, Lithuania - from what I see in their presentation, it looks a bit scary in terms of potential competition with our coworking center (some of their language is similar, plus they add secretarial assistance that I suppose regular coworking facility does not provide. Does anyone know more about how Regus operates and how to compete with them?
