It's not really about competition when you consider the needs each is trying to meet. Regus is meeting the need for desks, meeting rooms, services... basically stuff. Coworking is meeting the needs of isolated, disconnected people looking for a community if peers. People who need stuff will be happy to rent it from Regus. People looking for something more will find a coworking space. Let Regus be Regus and be clear about who you are. They can't compete.
