Hi, I am a member of New Work City who started playing around with
Podcasts in 2005. I would recommend that you check out

Other people could then join in the conversation, like a call-in radio
show with you guys as the hosts. People can use their phone or
computer to talk, listen or chat. There is a premium service with
extra features, but a couple of years ago, when I last used it, the
free version was more than enough for me.
