This is where our "basic membership" has come in handy. Most people who duck out for a month or two of known "away time" almost always downgrade to basic membership. This keeps them in the loop, and they have a constant reminder that we're here for when they're ready.
Rollover days and whatnot become confusing quickly, and in a way, reward non-participation. We added our first new membership level in 3 years at the beginning of the year because lots of people asked for it (6 days a month, use 'em anytime) - and not surprisingly to me - only 3 or 4 people are using it compared to the many who asked for it. -Alex /ah indyhall.org coworking in philadelphia On Tue, May 3, 2011 at 9:51 AM, Bianca Rico <[email protected]> wrote: > As we continue to grow we have been receiving more requests for different > membership plans.
