Our memberships are set up by days per week but billed monthly so if
they travel and miss a few days they can use them up in the same
calendar month. I don't roll over into future months b/c I also think
it discourages regular participation. I also create custom plans when
people need it. Once it's entered in to Quickbooks, it's no big deal.
About 1/4 of my members are on plans that I never advertise yet those
members account for 1/3 of revenues. Maybe I should rethink my plans.
Anyway, I say-stay flexible, be honest and encourage participation.
