Hi Brian, Based on your website (which talks about both incubation as well as co- working services) it would appear that a separate fb and twitter account is unnecessary. That is, unless you feel that your audiences are different, and that you want your messaging to be distinct and separate to avoid confusion and clutter. I think the fact that you offer both services makes Incubation Works unique, and that's a strength you can exploit.
Consider your social media policy/strategy - who's doing the posting, how often and the content of each post. This should give you an idea on how to move forward.
