Nancy,

That's an exciting transition.  Since you already have a group of members,
they are going to be able to answer your questions better then we ever
could.  Keep that in mind and build WITH your members instead of FOR your
members.

As for meeting rooms and the folks that come to use them we've learned a few
things over the years here at Office Nomads.  We make a clear distinction
between someone who comes in for a meeting (up to 2 hours) and someone who
stays.  There must be one member in the room as we don't just rent out
meeting rooms.  That member can stay for the full day and if they want one
of their clients/colleague to join them that person can sign in too and use
one of their membership days or that person can sign up for their own
membership.
