Chad, they are large but they can be nimble. In september I had penned : 'LongbranchCoworking, the new way of working'. Recently here in west Toronto at least (hwy 427 & Burnhamthorpe), they have been running a radio spot: 'Regus, the new way to work'. The point being that they will adapt if there is an opportunity to make money. That said they will not be emulating a very catalyst intense, low rent model. So those folks need not be concerned. Mid market low maintenance, might be another story.
