Hey Mark,

At Office Nomads, we're of the mindset that applications will more likely
turn off folks who you want there than keep away folks you don't. We have a
free trial day for anyone who wants to check us out, and a week-long trial
period for any new resident member (those with 24/7 access to the space).
Spending time to get to know a new person is a really great way to determine
if they'll be a good fit (99% of the time), but more importantly the best
way for the new member to determine whether your space is a good fit for
them.

At the start of any coworking space, people are always quick to ask "what do
you do with mean/cranky/disrespectful people?" I can now reassuringly tell
folks that those types really don't stick around the space too long. People
who don't get along well with others usually don't thrive in coworking
spaces.

Just my/our opinion from Office Nomads!

Best of luck,
Susan
