Hey all,

Wanted to run something by the coworking community to see your thoughts.  

How do most of you handle the 'hours' portion of your spaces?  We're currently 
open M-F 8:30-5:30 and will be expanding into nights as well as weekends.  I'm 
struggling with how to figure out how to have someone in the space at all times 
to monitor its activity.  I prefer not to put any of that burden on our 
members, but I'm also out and about throughout the city all the time, so my 
schedule isn't reliable enough for me to be there on a regular basis.

What have some of you done to have a person monitoring your space?  I'm toying 
around with the idea of mixing a personal assistant for me for the space with 
secretarial services for the members of the space that would also help 
supplement that person's income.

Would love any input or thoughts.
