Josh, I believe there should always be someone around who can assist people being in the space, and that someone can be called the host, or like in French, 'le patron' - not doing work for the others, but making sure their stay is pleasant. In the hub network this goes under the name of host, based on the ideas of 'The Art of Hosting', among other ideas and principles and practices.
