We also host regular "town hall" events, which we dubbed "State of the Nomads" back in the early days and it has stuck around for 4+ years. :) That said, we don't just "state" the State of the Nomads - these meetups have a similar layout to what Alex outlines below: we go over how things are going within our space and then open up the dialogue for ways we can keep our space rocking for years to come.
I'd highly recommend regular town hall events within your coworking space. Combined with regular more casual events, town halls can become a powerful tool through which members can contribute in meaningful ways to the growth and development of your coworking space.
