Yep, that's all we gave them. They could have asked for more and we would have drawn it up if we had to, but the overview gave them the confidence that we'd through it through.
Every landlord is different, of course. We've put a lot of emphasis on finding landlords that "get us", or at least try to, and it's paid off long term. Someone who can't get it from a conversation and the overview is probably going to cause problems for you sooner than later.
