Precisely. It's critically important to be yourself so people have something to gravitate towards and also away from. This provides the integrity and consistency of the culture which is what people are really looking for. I know how we do things turns some members off, and we lose customers, but that's not really important. It's more important why people choose to stay. We also put a lot of energy in to creating a vibrant coworking ecosystem around Seattle so there are many options to choose from.
