Hi Oren,

I work for Cobot <http://www.cobot.me> (a software app for coworking
spaces). We have a monthly newsletter and last month we wrote an article
about coworking agreements <http://goo.gl/ul2G8>. We analyzed the pros and
cons of leases and service agreements, and we also posted a coworking
service agreement you can use as a model.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our post, and good
luck with your research!
