Hi Julianne,

I am noticing very little feedback from Craigslist as well though I am at
very early stages of promotion in all the channels I'm experimenting with.

I have found some best practices that makes listing on Craigslist way
easier. I would strongly recommend anyone posting to a Craigslist do so
using a registered account. Posts created with accounts can be "renewed"
every 48 hours to leapfrog to the top of the list. This is very useful
since Craigslist has methods to detect duplicate posts and will not allow
you to do this manually. The alternative is to change the post slightly and
hope it sneaks by their detection algorithms or to take down the post
manually and repost it (also cannot be done within 48 hours). Both of these
are messy and needlessly time consuming, hence the recommendation to make
listings via an account.

I have not figured out the appropriate spot to list on LoopNet or CoStar,
but was advised to do so by a commercial real estate buddy of mine. He
suggested merely inputting the details as if it were a private office and
attempt to use the descriptions and pictures to illustrate the community
angle and clarify this isn't typical office space.

Thanks and I'll definitely report back if I learn anything about any of
these,
Oren
