On the apartment complex note, a number of LiquidSpace venues have seen
success in approaching nearby apartment complexes and other groups within
their local communities. This led us to build a number of features that
help shared workspace operators do just this. Most notably, you can
distribute a link directly to your bookable calendar for inclusion in
newsletters, direct email blasts, inclusion on the apartment community's
own website, etc. You can then take it a step further and generate coupons
for discounted bookings, etc.

Happy to discuss in more detail with anyone interested.
