I'm in Dallas and many people that contact me are entirely unfamiliar with 
coworking, but very intrigued by the benefits (friendly community, no 
commitment, no setup cost).

That's why I thought it might make sense to try and hit the people looking 
for traditional office space and just inform them of an alternative that 
might work better for them. 

I'm starting to have some luck from my craigslist ads and haven't tried 
LoopNet yet.

I'm also considering going to nearby apt complexes that don't have business 
centers and offering a referral fee to their property managers if they send 
me their residents. 

Will keep this thread updated if I find any success through these methods.
