Awesome write up Alex.

As someone who's about to open a new space this message has really hit
home.

One of the main reasons for me wanting to open a space was to meet new
people and to find meaningful connections. I hope I always remember that
even when the administrative load of the business side of things start to
weigh up.

It's a good rule in any business to find out why you're
customers/clients/members are leaving your services. It's invaluable
feedback on how you may be able to improve your business.
