Since you use Meshwork, I thought I'd mention we'll be rolling out some mail notification functionality which hopefully will help at least let people know if they have packages or mail to pick up. But I wonder if something like https://www.receivingroom.com/ would be helpful. Or even a locker system like http://packageconcierge.com/, although that looks like it would be considerably more expensive.
