One of the jobs of our community managers is to sort the mail and put it away into the mailboxes that we keep in a central location. The mailboxes are typical office mail sorters that we purchased on Uline and labeled with member names. There is no security other than the mailroom is internal to our space (just off the lobby) and next to the printer station; so gets lots of traffic. Mail does pile up, and we also get a lot of boxes thanks to Amazon. When mail piles up and when we get big boxes, our community managers deliver the mail to the members' desks. This gives the community managers an excuse to chat and catch up with the member, and it also reminds the member that we "care" about them. Very simple, old-school, and can take a bit of time ... but we think it's worth the effort. Good luck! Keith, BizHaus
