Is this current member often complaining about other things? Or are they 
fantastic? This would be a huge factor in my decision. Are they a full-time 
member or are they just renting the space occasionally?

On one hand, you exist for your current community, but you need a set of 
shared values for the space, which should include inclusivity and 
cooperation.

In the end, go with your gut.
