That's not ideal, but it might be sufficient.
All my 'non-smoking' reports, ie. those I generate when just updating
'regular' perl installations will have this set as I use CPANPLUS::YACSmoke
for test history recording.
I do as well since we use the AUTOMATED_TESTING to
evaluate new features without breaking tests for
already existing ones in general use (for CPAN
developers releases).
