Hey Robin, You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, i noticed it too late but the request had already been sent. I was trying to install WebService::YouTube so your module was one of the dependencies automatically followed by CPAN.pm. I'll do my best to configure the system im building to skip reports when failed dependencies are detected instead of sending them out.

I must admit that I haven't yet had time to try out CPAN::Reporter and its tooling paraphernalia, but it might be a nice feature if when prompting a user to submit a bug, given that it has information concerning missing dependencies, it suggested that the user run a test with said dependency before reporting an issue.
