I would say that "NA" is a good output for something like this. The only
change i would make, and will actually make tonight is not to send the
actual report over to the list or the author if the test has failed due to a
prereq failing. I think it makes a bit more sense this way.

Maybe I should tweak the default settings for the "NA" case to be less
