Hi all,
I'm working to have the chance of allocating resources (room, laptop,...) when you are creating a meeting. The resources will be defined in a directory (called resources).
My idea is to have one calendar for resources and use the CPSCalendarTool API to search available resources, in this calendar. When a user allocates a resource, this resource will be marked as not available in the resources calendar.
Now questions:
How can I link a CPSCalendar with the resources directory?
I have modified the calendar_meeting_form to show the available resources, but now I don't know how can I save the selected resource in the calendar, any help?
And finaly, do you thing this approach is good, or is there a better one?
Any hint is welcome.
