How can I add a calendar for each resource?
You go to "Folder Cntents" and select "New", and there should should have an object called "Shared Calendar". Create one, and edit it's properties so that it is a Resource instead of the default Worksdpace calendar.
You create a calendar and set the calendar type to Resource. You should not need to to modify the calendar_meeting_form for this at all, it's just a calendar type.
How are the resources listed in the form?
There is a list of calendar types (I don't remember where exactly now, if you can't fins it tell me and I'll look it up). The form will list all calendars for each calendar type in this list.
