Five now has a nice way of doing i18n through the zope 3 i18n
modules, which read .mo files from the filesystem and are "zope
standard".
I'd like to rip out Localizer to replace it with this, but this would
mean a certain loss of functionality: people won't be able to go to
the ZMI to translate things anymore. Is that acceptable, or is this
functionality actively used? Note that in production, it really
shouldn't.
