Sorry, I mistakenly snipped the quote from Julien's letter I meant to include, but
I hope the point is clear. The ISPO website does seem to have serious issues about
how capital markets function, and about how much 'sovereign'states are actually
capable of independent action, and about such issues as IPR's, which Simpol seems
to support but many people have identified as one of the most serious forms of
exploitation of Third World indigenous agriculture (by pataneting seeds etc).
IPR's are seen as only a mechanism for corporate control and for the theft of
other people's knowledge, skils etc.
