I understand that. But if Argentina, say, invaded Uruguay (don't be
scared, our defence abilities have been so much eroded that if the
police chief of an Uruguayan town decided to invade Argentina he
would most probably reach the Chilean border in a couple of days), I
would feel concerned and responsible for that.

"Natural and normal", in human beings, is not something written
solely not even essentially in the genes. It is a social product.
