I have no idea whether Amiri Baraka's message was made in response to
Tahir's above message (to which I have already replied) or to the
Simultaneous Policy proposal on www.simpol.org or both. If it responds to
the Simultaneous Policy proposal, forgive me but I don't see
how it relates to that proposal and would be happy to be enlightened!
