I'm not a nutritionist, but I know that one doesn't need a lot of fish or meat to 
survive. 
When I look at bread (genuine bread, not that snow-white thing) in a supermarket, 
it's written that there's a fair amount of proteins in it. And when you compare the 
price of meat with the price of bread, it seems that the vegetal proteins are 
cheaper. Same for other cereals, beans, and vegetables. Are those useless 
proteins???

BTW, I side with you on the "Zzzzzz" issue even if I enjoy a little "hairsplitting" 
from 
time to time. As far as I'm concerned it isn't boring.
