My French is poor, but I would translate as follows:
It's the final struggle/Let us group ourselves together and tomorrow/The
International/Will be the human race.
"L'Internationale" was written in honor of the Paris Commune of
1871. It is an unusual song in that it seems to have no male or female
characters, but is rather written almost entirely in the collective.
